Icons are so self describing, never had to read text below it, overall app looks stunning
Fast as hell, its even quicker than loading cpanel website from my mac
Generating backup, managing email and ftp accounts are most useful feature for me, and yes, file manager too

I have added all my hosting account (I have quite a few!) and I need to remember only one password
